Abstract

This article takes a brief look at films and how they can be used to present the picture of South Korean mindsets torn about reunification or conflict with North Korea. These films are action thrillers that explore themes of patriotism, nationalism, and even insert more familiar themes of love and friendship to add another layer to it.
